Allowing respondents to respond to a survey link multiple times

You may have a situation where you want to share a single survey link, but allow respondents to respond to that survey link multiple times. It could because you want them to provide their feedback multiple times at any time, or they are providing different datapoints for a single survey. In any case, here's how you go about doing that! (Hint - it requires you to use an anonymous survey link).

  1. Create or open your survey project
  2. (Optional) If you need the responses to be attributed to a specific individual, you can add a text entry question to ask for their name or email.

3. Click "Share" tab, and click "Create survey link".

4. Create an anonymous survey link, making sure you have selected "Anonymous" under "Access configuration".

5. You can now distribute your anonymous survey link.

That's it! You can now send out the survey link that allows a respondent to complete the survey multiple times (while still tracking their name)!
