As the market has matured, competing products have evolved significantly and now meet those same needs, making it the right time for us to sunset our own platform in this space. <strong>We have made the decision to retire SparkThink on June 30, 2026</strong>, following a structured, three-phase transition.</p><p>This article outlines key dates, what changes during each phase, and the actions required to ensure you retain your data.</p><hr><h2 id="overview">Overview</h2><p>SparkThink will be gradually decommissioned to allow users sufficient time to review, export, and transition their data. It is important to note that both Primary and CC&apos;d individuals will receive same survey link, and it is expected that CC&apos;d individuals will only assist primary recipients during the survey process.</li><li>Helps drive alignment by ensuring information reaches everyone who needs it, reducing the risk of miscommunication or missed updates.</li></ul><h3 id="steps-to-add-and-utilize-cc-field">Steps to add and utilize CC field:</h3><ul><li>When creating email for sharing the survey links, admin will have the opportunity to add CC recipient&apos;s information while uploading primary respondent&apos;s details. </li><li>This can be achieved by adding column titled - &apos;EmailCCRecipients&apos; for highlighting CC email IDs for each respective primary recipient when uploading excel document. </li><li>The file upload workflow will validate the uploaded email IDs and provide an option to admin users by shortlisting the ones that needs correction. It is used not only to identify good vs. bad ideas, but it can be used to categorize ideas based on which quadrant they land on the 2x2 Matrix. You can drill-down to see the vote distribution for each idea, revealing if there was consensus or scattered alignment.</p><p><strong>How do you setup a 2x2 Matrix Activity?</strong></p><p>You can get quickly started up by entering required information for the activity. Here&apos;s the steps on getting started:</p><ol><li>Click <strong>Add Activity</strong> and select <strong>2x2 Matrix</strong>.</li><li>Enter the <strong>Activity Title</strong>.
