There are scenarios where you want your respondents to be able to submit multiple responses for the same survey during a period time. We hear this question often, so we thought we'd write a blog post about it!
Using an Anonymous Survey Link
The primary way you would achieve this is to share your survey using an anonymous survey link. Here's an article on how about Sharing your Survey.
If you're looking to track the specific respondent who took the survey. Since the survey link is anonymous, you should also add text entry questions to your survey to capture this such as "What is your name"?" and What is your email address?".
Are there any alternative options?
Another method that you may work for you is to create a new collector for each survey send. This may work for situations where you are expecting the respondent to complete a survey at known internals (e.g. on a monthly basis). However, this will not work for scenarios where you want to send out a single survey link and the respondent could respond at any time.
